In the rare event that an item gets damaged during transit, kindly send us an email along with a photograph of the damaged item. This will allow us to investigate the matter and assist you accordingly.

We gladly accept returns on the condition that the items are in their original packaging and remain unused. Should you wish to initiate a return, kindly reach out to a member of our customer service team. Please be aware that unless there is a fault with the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs or the use of our collection service. Refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt, and any initial carriage costs incurred by our company will be deducted from your refund.
